Read Daniel chapter 5 and Revelation chapters 17 and 18, then answer the following questions:

2. Nearly every reference to lampstand in the Old Testament, is in conjunction with the tabernacle, or with the temple worship. Discuss.
3. What is the sin of Belshazzar that it invokes immediate divine response?
4. What do the words written on the plaster mean? Why are they significant?
5. Is there anything remarkable in the response of Belshazzar to Daniel's interpretation?
6. Compare the account of Babylon's fall in Daniel, with that in Revelation. Discuss.
7. The writing on the wall has become a widely used metaphor. In what present day context do you hear it being used?
