Who is He?

Read: John 7:1-31

1. How much time has elapsed since the events of chapter 6?



2. Where do the events of the first half of chapter 7 take place?



3. Who are the persons who speak with Jesus?



4. Jesus responds in a rather curious manner. Why do you suppose that he gives the responses recorded in verse 6, verse 16, verse 19?



5. Please reconcile verses 25 and 20.



6. What does John mean by verse the apparent contradiction of verse 30?



7. In the 21^st century we have all the answers. How would we have responded to Jesus had he arrived in our generation?
